Einstein Bros. Bagels

"Went there today to get some bagels for my grandmother and myself. The bagels were all stale, and flavored bagels were tasteless. The hot chocolate is water and a tiny bit of syrup. My grandmother called to complain about the hot chocolate, and the employee was somewhat rude and kept insisting it was milk. We used to go constantly to a different store and never got close to this quality of bad. Just go to the Starbucks next door for hot chocolate or drinks! Hell, maybe even the food. I wish I could've just gotten a refund because they've upped their prices and $5 for a hot chocolate I could've gotten at 7-11 or even home for way better quality and a fifth of the price is ridiculous. They offered to come back in but I stopped before work and didn't have the time just to get another drink I, again, could get better somewhere else for cheaper. Would've just preferred a refund."

"Very rude, aggressive supervisor claimed that my service animal was not welcome inside the premises. She demanded that 1) he must have a service dog vest, not true, 2) I present a government issued identification card for him, which is not a thing. Those do not exist."

"Not been here in years since we moved out of Broomfield so I took a quick run over from Kohl's to get a bagel and a fountain drink. Told the girl please be generous on the butter because it's usually nothing on it anyway. Well in the picture you can see there's nothing on it and then I turn around and said oh could I get a small fountain drink Lego sets. Small coffee so no small soda. We don't have it anymore. I turn around the machine is gone okay then she says disorder in the machine right there bottle I go over and get one. They're all warm. What's up with that? This location is going downhill. I'm glad I don't live in Broomfield anymore. I would not be visiting this place. It's not worth my time or money to visit this place ever again. I don't know what happened here. I haven't been here in 3 years but it's not the same. It's going downhill."
