McDonald's,

"Multiple times they forgot items but this last trip is the last. Not only did they not include the chicken nuggets, which was close to $10. They couldn't provide receipts and when I got home, the 3 quarter pounders weren't even cooked. $27.04 for two large drinks and a large fry. When I tried to call the store, it just goes to voice mail. Their manager Misrak Mamo McDonald's Manager 52nd. said she would give me a refund if I show a receipt. Clearly she didn't read the complaint. do not go to this store."

"Honestly probably one of the worst McDonald's I have ever frequented. You will get parked then get cold food almost always. Never had fresh fries from here. Had a big Mac once that had no lettuce or sauce on it. Most recently got a double quarter pounder meal. Again parked. Got cold fries and a bag dripping in grease and a burger that looks like a kid made it. Serious one of 2 McDonald's I will never come back to. Gave them enough chances and nope. Waste of money and the employees could care less if you say something about it."

"Pretty bad experience here. Why do I even bother with fast food anymore. Total lack of leadership at this store. No sense of urgency, or efficiency here. Staff definitely seemed lost and need of direction. Several customers upset waiting over 15 minutes for their order, it wasn't that busy. My order was ready but no one put it on the pick up counter, had to ask where my order was after a out 15 minutes of waiting. Yikes"

"I really don't like to leave bad reviews but im not happy with this one. There was a communication issue and my order was wrong. I ended up with the wrong food and charged twice and was nearly late to work. I never received a callback from the franchise"
