"Ordered our food which included 2 bagels and 2 chocolate chip muffins. We got home and opened the bag to reveal three chocolate chip bagels. Tried calling the store as I was not driving back in ice covered roads so tried to call and No one ever answered the phone. Must be millennial staff since no one answered the phone. Skip this place."

"Possibly the slowest drive thru around! If you’re in a hurry this is not the place to go. Arrived on a Sunday morning at 10, waited in line for 12 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. What’s taking so long to serve bagels here?"

"I woke up this morning craving a delicious bagel with lots of cream cheese. I thought to myself “Where can I get a delicious bagel with lots of cream cheese?” I decided to take a visit to Einsteins. The bagel I received did NOT in fact have a lot of cream cheese. I am a God fearing man, however NOW I’m an Einsteins fearing man! What an abomination my bagel turned out to be. I am typing this from a place of love. I love your shmears and all I wanted was to enjoy and appreciate them. Do better and maybe I will come back. But for now I am stopping by my local 7/11 for some off brand cream cheese."

"Today I took my mom here to get breakfast before work. We weren't acknowledged for about 5 minutes or so but we understood they were kind of busy. When the blonde girl came to the register to ask us if we been helped she had an attitude. We Lso noticed she was still wearing the gloves she was using to make people's food. While taking our order she was touching her headset and hair. After completing our order (not proving a reciept) we watched her start making our order with the same gloves on. I was completely grossed out. That my mom asked the lady to change her gloves. She rolled her eyes took off the gloves put new ones on without washing her hands. The instead of throwing the food away she touched. She completed our order and served us the food she was preparing before she changed her gloves. She also didn't make my sandwich correctly. $30 went down the trash because of the service and the disgusting intent to serve us "your headset. Your hair, your POS system. And attitude. I am a regular here but I no longer will be. Because I am absolutely disgusted that someone is okay with just serving and treating people like that. I'd ask for a refund, but I called the store and was hung up on, because they r to busy."

"I have been to this location once before and it was great but today was a different story. My husband and I both got the farmers 2 egg sandwiches. Both sandwiches had very little smear on them. My sandwich was burned on the top but my husband's was even worse and the entire top bagel was completely charred. So disappointing when you spend $9 per sandwich and nowadays everyone is expecting a tip! I don't mind tipping but I do expect the person making the sandwich to see that it is not in acceptable condition to just remake it instead of putting it all together as if that's ok."
