"I used the drive thru and ordered the Carmel Brulee' Frappuaccino, YUM! I said I have my reusable cup, so 10 cent discount & good for Mom Earth. Got to the window and noticed that the batista had a Venti cup filled with my drink, I asked if she was going to pour that into my cup, thus, making the WHOLE point of using a reusable cup moot! She explained that's how they get the measurements for the drinks, I asked if she would be reusing that cup, nope. Why doesn't Starbucks have a reusable plastic cup for the measurements, fill the customer's cup & then wash out the reusable measurement cup for the next drink????"
