"Asked for a coffee with oat milk. They gave me coffee with milk. I told them I'm allergic and this gave me the exact same drink. The barista was very rude and kept giving affection to her boyfriend who was working on the computer not professional at all. Her name was Lilana. She also walked and hit me and didn't apologize. Will not be coming back :/"
"Got a mobile order for hot latte and warm coffee cake. The latte was ready when I got in the store but the coffee cake is not. Had to wait for more than 10 minutes and finally asked for the coffee cake not warmed. I came out of the store with a lukewarm latte and a cold coffee cake."
"I am increasingly disappointed with the inconsistent flavors. It seems to depend on the barista who serves me. This time, the flavor was perfect, but they forgot to add the whipped cream that is supposed to come with it. I would love it if the flavor was always consistent, no matter where I buy it."
"I don’t go Starbucks for the coffee but for the experience and tasty drinks. I got both in here! They explained how to take advantage of the perks in my app (I had a free drink and got 2x the points thanks to their explanation), enjoyed a delicious vanilla foam in our drink, a scrumptious my strong matcha and when my girl playfulness made her drop her drink, they refilled it and turn her tears into a smile. They even have the coffee ground compost program here! We will come back!!!"
"Probably my favorite SBUX in HR. Employees are so friendly, always clean and nice spot to work from. Ample, comfortable seating. Nice layout. Quick drive thru. Watch the precise speed limit in parking lot ;-)"
