"had to wait 25 minutes for my drink order. there were multiple people who had to come up to the counter and ask how much longer for their order as they had been waiting a very long time. the person working would either say they are next or they simply had lost their order and had to make them a new one. Someone came in who had a mobile order for 8am and it was 8:18 and it wasn't ready. not sure what is going on here but it seems like its not even worth it to go in there and order and if you do a mobile order, order an hour beforehand."
"This places was destroyed. They shut down walk-ins. Drive through and pick up only. The staff started to get a little short when a customer who had been waiting 30 minutes was asking in a polite tone about their order. They had 5 employees in store dk if there was a Mgr but definitely no area or regional backup if they had issues with callouts"
