Dunkin'

"I stopped in here Thursday March 7th. At 5:20pm. I walked to the counter, and the girl at the counter said to me that they were closed. But she was working with another woman at the counter, she said we are closed and said, I guess I forgot to lock the door. I thought this place was open until 7pm. So with me being a very well educated black man 65 years old, I'm thinking what the heck is up with this. Maybe I took this wrong, maybe they did close at five, and forgot to lock the door. Or maybe they did not like the way I looked or dressed. So I don't want to read any more to this. But it was very troubling to me. If anyone wants to comment and give me some suggestions or thoughts I'd sure appreciate it. Mr. J"

"Disgusted at the service and emploee attitude. They have gotten my order wrong 4/5 of the last time I've been there and act like an imposition when I ask kindly for a remake. Had an employee mock me to my face today after THEY failed to read my order correctly. Do not give this place your money. The employees are apathetic and nasty."

"This is hands down the worst experience I have had at a Dunkin Donuts and I have been to 30+ locations across the country. I have been here a couple times and it always takes 20-30 minutes to get your order, regardless of how many people are in line. They are extremely slow on a regular basis. Today I only had 2 people in front of me and I ordered 4 things. It took 30 minutes and they got 3 of the 4 things I ordered wrong. I didn't even both correcting 2 of the 3 because I had my toddler with me and I had no more time to wait."

"Friendly customer service even when I accidentally said the wrong donut the person serving me was quick to fix what I meant to order while she was getting the donuts. I highly recommend this location. I have had issues at other locations but this location has always been good for us when we are in the mood for donuts."

"Whoever is the GM, Dm, Rvp of this location clearly is not engaged with their business. You all have failed miserable at this location. The service was horrible and rude. However walking into your lobby blew me away. I have honestly never seen such a gross entrance. All the glass inside hasn't been cleaned in weeks as you can see the build up. The floors were sticky, spills everywhere, food all over. All trash cans were packed full. We had 4 people walk in behind us and all of them looked around in disbelief. Honestly this establishment wouldn't pass a health code check right now. Sad to see such poor leadership these days."
