Dunkin'

"Went through the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for a good while before being acknowledged and cars started to stack up behind me. The girl was pretty rude at the speaker and the window. The hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp and the grilled cheese was bland and barely toasted. The glazed donut was ok, but really small for $1.69. I usually just get coffee so I guess I didn't realize how small it would be."

"Ordered online for pickup and when I arrived, they'd lost my order. They finally found it and filled it, but one of the donuts I ordered was not available, and all were stale and hard. Won't be going back to this store."

"Ordered a large ICED latte through the drive threw. I felt like I was pretty clear on the drink I wanted. Employees were super nice throughout the whole interaction which was good. Got up to the window after ordering and was handed a HOT latte. It’s not uncommon for drink orders to be messed up which is fine. I told the employee that the drink wasn’t what I had ordered and I had wanted it iced. The employee took the drink and had dumped it into a cup and put just enough ice to make it look the right way. When I took a drink of it though it was still hot at the bottom. I went back in and told them that this was still not okay and that it was hot at the bottom of the drink. The manager (I assume it was the manager) took my drink and properly re-made it. This is not the worst interaction I’ve had but it’s also not the best. Just hoping they will pay a little more attention to detail as there making drinks and if it is hot and supposed to be iced then either put more than a couple ice cubes or just remake the drink like originally supposed too."

"This place could use a little more attention from up top. Two of our three donuts were dry as a bone. Our drinks took 10+ minutes (we were the only ones in-store at the time we ordered, not much of a drive thru line) and one of the drinks was incorrect. It may have been what the cashier entered, but it was not what I ordered. Staff did, however, offer to fix the drink. A young man making food in back was incessantly touching his face, hair, and putting his hands in his pockets - all while wearing gloves and preparing their sandwiches. Wouldn't ever want to eat the hot food here because of it. By the time we left, two other customers in store needed their orders fixed as well. Seemed like a pattern as opposed to isolated mistakes. Not worth the $16 for two drinks and a couple donuts."
