"Customer service is really bad, especially the attitudes of the employees. During our visit, it was fairly crowded and one woman was working and another was eating a big ol' piece of pie in front of everyone. When a customer tried to assist another customer because of poor, slow service, the woman behind the counter took as personal commentary on her job and moaned. Three people walked away from the counter and went elsewhere. I was one of the three. I decided to explore Pearl Street further and found the most awesome place for sweet treats at a place called Peace, Love and Chocolate. Oh my goodness, so good and the customer service was amazing."

"Lost City is my go-to for my simple drip coffee order. When I’m feeling fancy I’ll order one of their tasty oat milk lattes! The baristas are friendly and clearly have lots of regulars as they know their names and take time to connect. It feels just like a small coffee shop and bakery should! Their house made pastries are a perfect treat and I love that they have added a few savory options; I love all the colors! Baristas always aim to please and get orders out quickly. Highly recommended!"
