"Care received was great. However, billing practices are abysmal. It took them two years to finalize processing my insurance and send me a remaining bill. Then their system reported that my bill was paid and reflected a $0 balance, making me think I didn't need to pay anything. They then sent my remaining bill to collections. Would have happily paid what I owed if their system had clearly reflected that I owed something. I will definitely think twice before visiting a US Acute Care owned facility again just so I don't have to deal with the headache of their billing practices."

"I had to come here for an ER visit a few months ago and everything was okay until I received my bill. Something seemed off about it, so I asked for an itemized bill and there were line items and services on there I never received. There were close to 1000 dollars in services I never received. When I tried to call them and dispute they were absolutely no help and just said that the charges were are all correct. I understand that ER visits are expensive and I am happy to pay for any services I received, but not for random services and charges I never received. This kind of unethical behavior is disappointing and I wonder how many other people this is happening too. Beware and check your bills from this place!"

"Came to emergency room for unusual rapid heart rate. They took me in really fast and the nurses and doctors were personable and treated me very well. Thankful for them. They got me in and out."

"The ER receptionists are the absolute worse, I've never been treated so badly while checking my child in to the ER. The nurses are extremely rude and argumentative and refused to listen to what I had to say about the well being of my daughter. They literally wanted to just inject every drug into her because she "could" get unruly. I was treated like an inmate by the security until they finally let me speak with a doctor, whom agreed that my child did not need any medication. The front end staff needs training on compassion, especially working with hurt and sick people. I'm absolutely disgusted with our experience here."
