"My experience with this house is the bowling is pretty good. My issue with this establishment is the management. Last night in our league bowling (week 27) was the first night we had a buffer lane on lane 21. Are league has 100 bowlers and we take lanes 1-20. I decided to go up to the front desk and ask what was going on with lane 21. I was first told the lane was under maintenance and being worked on. So then I proceeded to go and ask the lane mechanic if there was anything wrong with 21 and he said to his knowledge there was nothing wrong with the lane. I asked my Waitress if people have been bowling on 21 earlier and she said yes. As soon as the teams on 19 and 20 were done bowling the front desk put people on lane 21. The only reason I believe the lane was under maintenance was because the general manager, Tim's team got done bowling on lane 20, they opened lane 21. I wasn't the only one that noticed this earlier."
"I came here to share a drink with a friend that was running a little late. They kicked me out and refused to allow me to use their facilities before she was able to arrive. I would have been glad to wait outside for her is it wasn't 20 degrees below freezing outside, and the offensive way he accused me off being a non paying customer ruffled me up and ruined it night. He basically called me a thief. Needless to say, I will never patron that facility for any reason."
"My family and I have bowled at this location twice, now. Once with a reservation on a weeknight, and today(Sunday) just walking in. This is a fun bowling alley. The people are friendly, and the service is consistently good in our limited experience. I do have couple of minor complaints, however. Today, I tried to reserve a lane online, but the system was not working for whatever reason. No big deal, I could call. Except the website says customer service is not working on Sunday. When I reserved a lane, I was talking to someone at a remote location. That's not all bad, she was great. I had to pay through a third party via an email link, instead of over the phone. I would love an easier reservation system. And the second complaint is the bar. We had great service but the drinks just weren't good. My wife's margarita was fruit juice. No salt, no lime, and a tiny bit of tequila. My scotch and soda was all soda, and I had to explain to the bartender how to make it. Now weak drinks are just fine if your not charging ten bucks for them, but it's something else to pay ten bucks for a glass of club soda with a half shot of well scotch or a strange limeade/sweet and sour mix that just isn't enjoyable. We just want to have one enjoyable adult beverage while we bowl, and not feel duped. Outside of these items, we really like bowlero, and we will certainly be back. I won't be spending money at the bar, however."
"I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to come on here to give a shout out to the nicest manager I’ve come across - Shelby! She was extremely welcoming and so nice! It felt like we had the red carpet treatment to be honest lol! The bowling alley itself is very clean and everyone that assisted us during our time there was so kind! Will definitely be back :)"
"Love this bowling alley. Was worried when Bowlero took over but has done an excellent job keeping the lanes busy. I still feel the cost is too high, but I shouldn't tell a massive business like Bowlero how to run and operate their stores."
