"Staff is always super friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend."
"Customer service helped track down a clothing item I was hunting for at this location. When I called the store associate (or manager) was just delightful! She was already informed of what the issue was and how to solve it seamlessly! Thank you so much for being such a good example of how a company should operate :)"
"Outstanding customer service. Product line is limited, but made of best materials and quality workmanship. A little on the expensive side."
"This was my first time to a Marine Layer store, despite having several near me back home in DC. I stopped in to find a lightweight coat since I forgot to pack mine for my trip to Denver. I was able to find a coat that met my needs at the time and would become a solid staple in my fall wardrobe moving forward. While the selection is limited and the prices are a little steep, the quality of the items is quite high. The coat I ended up purchasing fits as if I had it custom made and feels so much more high quality than my previous lightweight coat I picked up from a mass online retailer. As a bonus, the woman working during my visit was super friendly and helpful."
"Even in a city where everything is changing, you have to know your audience. Yes, "RiNo" is no longer what it was. To say it's a haven for artists and creation is a joke. It's a home for agencies, real estate offices and chain bars and restaurants these days. And that's where this store comes into play. Congrats on being one of the first of many chain retail stores. But to take a spot on a legendary corner hawking clothes for grandma? Way to help deteriorate the neighborhood faster than it already has. Your clothes are out of touch. Know your audience."
