"I went in and looked around and found a lip gloss and thought of getting it but i put it near some hats because I was looking at them and I left it because I wasn’t planning on buying stuff then I walked out and got accused by the 5’3ish Asian lady with dark purplish hair of stealing!!! She was following me around in the store and made me uncomfortable. I hope she didn’t get a bad image of me I was hoping just to look around."

Every time we come into this store Alie and her crew always make us feel uncomfortable when shopping like if Alie and her crew think we are going to steal from the store! Hottopic you have to do better with the leaders you put in charge of stores, this kind of behavior makes customers not want to shop in this store! I spend lots of money have a Hottopic credit card! I don’t need to be accused by store leader and her crew!"

"The rudest, foulest mouthed ,disgusting employee behavior I have ever encountered. Hot topic should really reconsider who represents them. I have loved this place since I was a teen. I was there a few weeks ago with my children and husband. 2 of the employees were making very rude comments about several of the customers. Two of which were my husband and daughter although they weren't aware. They seemed comfortable enough to behave that way in front of customers, they must not have feared any reprocussions.."
