"Brought my Ek43 grinder in for repair. I was charged over 100$ and the problem was not fixed. I went on vacation after picking up the grinder and was not able to test it until I came home. The grinder still had the same problem. I was told I would have to drive 45 minutes to Englewood within 2 weeks of the finished 'repairs' for them not to charge me again. Total rip off."

"Great customer service. We were in a major bind and James scheduled someone to come out that same day to take a look at our Astra machine. Michael came up to try to fix it. He resolved one of the issues and then, when he discovered our heating element was also broken, he informed us that CCT also rented out an espresso machine. He was not pushy and just wanted me to know the options available to me. We decided to take advantage of the rental unit. James was able to send another tech up that day to install their rental unit. The second tech was also really courteous and professional and did a great job even though it was after hours. The shop kept me updated and sent me pictures of my Astra unit as it was being cleaned and repaired. Absolutely a wonderful business. We will use them for servicing our machines from now on and would recommend them to anyone who needs something done right the first time."

"Our experience with the Colorado Coffee Techs was awesome. We were gifted a high end Delongi from relatives who knew the machine was slightly faulty. The main technician spent time talking about the potential issues, gave us a timeline, and a general estimate/quote on repairs. It took a couple of weeks to diagnose, but it turns out that after cleaning the machine and running multiple cycles, it started to produce espresso shots again. He measured 2 fl oz for a double shot of espresso - which is desired, and even epoxied small cracks in the plastic tray. All of which was completely FREE of charge. We greatly appreciated their honesty and integrity. I would definitely recommend them!"
