"The owner contacted me shortly after this posting and listened to my grievance and even offered a free service of my furnace demonstrating a genuine concern for his customer's satisfaction and a willingness to do the right thing! When I went to flush my tankless water heater in my new home that A1 installed along with the furnace and all the plumbing I discovered the isolation valve kit was installed backwards and was inoperable. I called A1, sent them a photo and waited for their reply, expecting an apology and a promise of a timely visit by a plumber to correctly install the backwards valve assembly. To my surprise they insinuated that I was lying "well we don't know if another plumber has worked on the water heater since we installed it" even though I expressly said no work had been done on it since the installation. Their solution was to profit off of their incompetence and charge me $185 to correctly install their faulty initial install! This business is gravely lacking in competence and integrity, STAY AWAY"

They were professional, polite and worked well as a team to get the job done. Cody answered all my questions with patience leaving me feeling rock solid about my new heating system.
