Hawks Air Service Heating & Air Conditioning

"We have used Hawks on 10 occasions since 2019 for different issues with our aging HVAC system (house was built in 1995). We have 3 furnaces and 4 AC units and it seems like at the beginning of every seasonal change there is an issue with one of the appliances. Hawks responds promptly, fixes the problem for what seems to be a reasonable price. I don't think they have had to fix the same problem twice. We are quite happy with their service."

Today I had a rental without heat and Debbie went out of her way to get someone over this morning. "These guys are the best. My 89 year old mother had her furnace go out late in the day. They rushed over to assess the problem. They stayed late in the evening and were able to get the furnace going using a temporary part - the supply house house closed. They came back the next morning and completed the permanent repair. "We purchased a home that Hawks had just installed a new water heater in. We had to disassemble the whole thing to get it off of the platform it was on. They did not have a pan underneath it and the platform it was sitting on was sucken in and causing the hot water heater to lean. Why would you do that? It was clearly leaning and you still put it on there AND connected it... Unreal."
