"Rachel has no clue what she is doing. She used a massage gun on my neck for an hour. Not recommended by any therapist or chiropractor. I now have numbness in my neck and travels down my arm. Been about 3 weeks now. My chiropractor is telling me she should known better and should never had done that."

We walked in ready to make appointments but were just curious if we would get a lucky same day opening. After her response we just left. The lady that used to be there was really nice."

"I never experienced this bad of service.. I went to get my eyebrows "cleaned up" and the lady there completely ruined my eyebrows! They are so thin and miss shaped. Idk if she ever had experience or not but they should warn people before they ask for services! She didn't even ask if I wanted them to be thinned or reshaped. To top it off she almost burned my skin with the wax. Hello you could wait a second or two to let cool.. Ugh I never felt so upset. I would rate this a place with no stars if I could! Don't go here!"
