"I cannot speak for the other agents at the Castle rock location but I can speak for my experience with Haley Reese! This was a night mare from day one. We have a home and multiple family of cars. Apparently this was too much for Haley Reese. She most likely is used to dealing with one house and 1 car? It is nearly impossible to get ahold of this lady. She rarely returns calls and when she does she acts like she is put out by having to fix her own mistakes. And there are MANY mistakes. If you have a change to your policy you can guarantee it will be screwed up! I left there agency almost a year ago and I am still unraveling mistakes from Haley Reese!"
