"Worst store ever , bad customer service, came in today with my wife and my wife ask for assistance with grabbing a shirt from the high clothing rack since she was unable to grab it. And the store employee had attitude when ask to grab that item for her. Then she stated she was really close to snapping . Very unprofessional and not helpful. Please stay away from this store."

"Worst experience I've had here tonight! I tried on the boots I wanted got my size (last pair mind you) and proceeded to shop. As I was walking around the manager Myra asked if I wanted her to put the shoes at the register while I continue to shop I agreed. When I checked out I told the girl I had a pair of shoes on hold she began to check and couldn't find them. I then called the manager Myra over bc she's the one who took them in the first place and asked where they were. She looked dumb founded could not explain what happened to them started looking everywhere. Well they got sold to another customer is what happened! So frustrating as they were the last pair! I suggest they take names for the stuff they hold which the MANAGER didn't bother to do what an amateur! Please get someone who knows what they're doing to run the store thanks!"
