"Good selection of handbags and shoes. Friendly customer service. Store is smaller than other outlet locations. Would’ve been a better experience had they controlled the amount of people they let inside at once."

"Being a Tory Burch fan it was an educational shock to find out the the outlet purse is a totally different quality thank the Tory Burch stores. This purse is one year old and it is falling apart. If Tory Burch wants to keep me as a client they really need to offer some sort of remedy. I called the cherry creek store in which I shop mainly and they couldn’t do anything because the outlet quality is different. I could have bought a purse from kohl’s and it would have lasted longer than this purse."

"The place was quiet on a Thursday Evening. The lady to help me out at the store was super nice and genuine. This outlet has a ton of collection, I was confused as to what to pick as everything was so nice. The prices are way less than online sale. I picked up a couple of things and am super happy with my purchase, and the warm welcome and help I have received at the store. I would definitely come back for more purchase and would recommend anyone who likes Tory Burch."

"I see why this store has bad reviews… Upon entering we were greeted but after that customer service is horrible. My mom and I went to the shoes and we intended to purchase. The lady working in the area did not acknowledge us once. She just came off super cold like she did not want to help us or anyone that was in the store. Plus was “too busy” fixing the shoes on display. 2 stars because this store does have a nice selection with bags, shoes and accessories. Go to Coach instead, way nicer staff that are willing to help."

"Buyer beware. Make sure your purchase is a perfect fit. I was not advised of their full return policy. When I mentioned this the cashier told me to check the back of the receipt. They would not accept my return within the 14 days because the soles appeared slightly worn. They were worn once for a bit so I could determine if they would work out. They didn’t. The cashier advised I can buy an additional pair of shoes but I’d also have to keep these. As an aside, as she checked out the people in front of me she did not notify them of this policy. Their policy and lack of notice of the same is problematic. I would not have purchased this product had I been appropriately advised."
