"This company caused a massive delay in our home repair. After the insurance company approved removing tile, the restoration company sent their demo team out the same day that Eberl sent their adjuster. The adjuster literally yelled at the demo team telling them not to remove the tile. She was rude, dismissive and arrogant. She said that the tile was not damaged, despite having clear water damage. She said that the water damage was from the rain the day before, when in reality, the water level readings were taken several days earlier. As a result, the demo team was reluctant to remove the tile that day, and it took another week to get a response indicating that our tile was approved to be removed. Use a different company if you don't want to end up like we did."
"Company is a joke. The adjusters are rude, incompetent, and have an agenda. They stand you up for appointments and don't even show you the respect to honor appointments in any fashion whatsoever. My adjuster rescheduled 3 times and then showed up for a 9:30 appointment at 9:05 I was 10 minutes away and he did not wait nor enter the property ...but did an inspection in a disaster area in 5 minutes...Company is a joke incompetent stooge for insurance company."
"Been with this company since 2011. Great company to work for! Never seen anything remotely racist or having lack of integrity. There are people that do not make it as an adjuster for various reasons and when they are let go tend to give false accusations . Never had any issues with being paid."
"What a terrible company, if I could give -5 stars I would. They consistently send out adjusters to deny claims no matter what the conditions of the property are. Jason Jones ( from Texas) and Darrel (also from Texas) will show you photos of what the damage must look like from other areas of the state and country. They say “if the hail doesn’t look like this my TM (team manager) isn’t approving it and imma be in trouble”. I had State Farm adjusters approve 2 roofs on the same block and then a house on the same block was denied by Eberls. When I told the Eberls adjuster that State Farm had approved the other two roof on that same block he said “oh yeah the company adjusters have more freedom than us and they don’t have a manager watching their backs like we do”!?They show up late and are set up for failure by Eberls managers and policies. What a joke of claim firm. Steer clear and get ready to call in for a re-adjust."
"I’ve had the privilege of working for Eberls on 2 separate Desk Adjuster remote deployments. The first one was a CAT Claims deployment, which lasted for a little more than 2 months. About 3 months after that initial deployment concluded, I was again called for a short term deployment. This time I would be handling primarily Daily Claims along with a few CAT Claims. Of course, the first deployment, being a major CAT, required us to work 7 days per week and 12 - 13 hours per day, but I had absolutely no complaints. The management that I worked with were kind, supportive and professional, while expecting quality, professional and efficient claims handling from us, while also expressing compassion and understanding when working with the insureds. The compensation was excellent, as was their training! My Team Leads were very easy to build a good rapport with and worked hard to provide our team the support that we needed. I have absolutely nothing but good to say concerning Eberl Claims Service as an organization, as well as their management and staff whom I worked and interacted with. If you’re willing to give it your best, to learn, to work hard and to pull your weight, you’ll find that Eberls is a fantastic firm to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and I hope to have that privilege again in the future."
