"When I called from fairview he said 40 minutes before he could come and pick me up. I said ok and 40 minutes and half an hour. Then I called again and again 40 minutes. I walked to sidney because I figured he wouldn't show again and I would have wasted another hour. If you say 40 minutes and a person waits an extra half hour, and you don't show then your word is meaningless."

"Honestly shouldn't get a star. Last 3 times I called, each a hour to half a hour late. After telling me they'll be here in 5 mins. And all i keep getting are excuses. I'm no longer riding with them"

"Shuttle provides valuable service to our community. They came to my rescue, when it was so bitter cold, and my vehicle was disabled. I know it is little more than I would like to pay, but when you need to get to point B, you do what you have to. I could do without the cigarette smoke, though."

"Didn't have the decency to drop off at home on a 3 person ride. As soon as second person left I was kicked out of cab. Already paid for entire trip so just flat out kicked out. Freezing out tonight o hope y'all don't die on account of these awful human beings"

"Good and attentive for the first part of the day and mid evening. But called for a ride home after a concert and a few hrs in town. Unfortunately, our driver was good but let some of his drunk friends along for our ride. I was not impressed with one of his compadres in which he was giving a free ride to. Beligerantly drunk, and obnoxious. Needless to say....Brian dido not get a tip. Any who....Because of rhat....would say " Sub Par treatment ".......But what do you really expect from a small town that is behind on times????"
