"I have shopped in this store several times...spent plenty as I buy my "work" clothes here. Was in last week and not one person said hello...even when I was the only customer in the store. I called them out on it...and walked out. I will not be shopping there again!!"

"Several negative comments about the staff at this store and if you look at the starting pay you'll completely understand why. The starting pay is a miserable $14/hr. In Colorado's economy and high cost of living you'll likely never attract anything but the most desperate or incompetent employees with those wages."

"Nice merchandise, prices vary but still not that expensive, but staff members are extremely unprofessional. One of the staff member kept following us or staring at us all the time we spent there. We stayed at the store for about half an hour. Besides that first staff, probably 3 or 4 staff members kept coming back and forth. It was really uncomfortable being there!!!"

"Disappointing experience at Chico's, I expected better service for what used to be high quality clothing. Purchased a sweater, wore in once and washed it and it started coming apart at the neck seam. Tried to return the sweater since I expected better quality from Chico's, the return policy says "original condition with original tickets attached and all packaging, unworn, unwashed, or be defective". Was told the sweater wasn't defective and probably got caught on something in the wash. If Chico's clothing can't make it through one wash that's defective in my book. Don't think I'll be back."
