"I came to this store and found a beautiful dress with no other sizes. I asked the employees if they can check it online and they did but didn’t bother to explain why it was not there. I came back and was helped by Paula, even though the online store didn’t have it she made the effort to check other stores, call them, and place it on hold for me.
