"Worst Michaels I’ve ever been to. Unbelievably scarce stock, obnoxious music, items costs 40-80% more than they do at every other retailer for much worse quality. How does an art supply store not sell A3 or A4 frames? Who is responsible for the merchandise selection? I can’t be the only one who thinks this location feels less like an arts/crafts store and more like a Five Below that just so happens to sell a few crafting supplies."
"The staff didn't bother us and we had to get some felt. It was pretty inexpensive and quite nice. I was aggravated at the front desk because they were so slow and I had to use the self checkout, which I do not like."
"They store itself is nice but pick up orders are a mess. I've been told things would be ready shortly and then arrived hours later to have them not even picked yet. The pickup orders are also extremely disorganized. They are not alphabetized etc so you have to just hunt for your name wherever it may be on the rack. If pickup orders aren't something they can fulfill well maybe they just shouldn't be an option."
