"Confusing discounts hung together for the same time frame and you don't know until checking out that they don't both apply. When it was brought up during the checkout process, Lois gave an extraordinary amount of attitude. We were requesting clarification and she became confrontational immediately. We ended up requesting a manager who also turned out to be immensely unhelpful. If 2 promotions are running on the same date period and signs are hung together, a person logically thinks they both apply. To be treated as we were when raising inquiries is disappointing. I intentionally didn't order online to support our community but in the future, I will be ordering online or going to Hobby Lobby."
"Probably the top tailoring material and equipment chain store around here. Online shopping is possible but if you are shopping on their website and the item you need is not in the store nearest to you, they don't transfer to the nearest store for you to pick up, you only have to go to the next town or pay some expensive shipping charges. They sell good quality"

"Visited the Fort Collins Joannes fabric this evening with my granddaughter. When we asked about using the restroom at 7pm we were informed, very later of fact and with an attitude, that the restrooms are locked and cleaned already so not available. What ???? OPEN it Up and Re Clean !!! You are an employee. I will never shop here again!!"
