"My mom was with this agency. She recently moved, giving the receptionist her new address. Unfortunately, the girls sent her refund to the wrong address, not my mom's fault. When I spoke with Dale, he wouldn't accept responsibility. Saying " it's not our fault". I hope she actually gets the refund. She is no longer with American family, thank goodness. Now she is saving 100 a month, thanks to gieco"
