The mayor and city council are DIRECTLY RESPONSE FOR THE CHIEF OF POLICE AND ALL OFFICERS UNDER HIS OR HER COMMAND WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY! Where is the accountability I ask ?"

"Attended the Open Discussion regarding Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and potential changes in zoning requirements in R1 zoned districts. Very informative. City Hall including the chambers where the public meeting took place, is ornate and pleasant. According to Wikipedia, "Built in 1904, the 2 story Classical Revival building was the municipal center for the City of Colorado Springs until 1980. The building is constructed of Chaffee County granite. The Classical Revival building was designed by Thomas P. Barber and Thomas MacLaren, the city's "premier architect" at the time." The building is on the Register of Historic Places and for architecture buffs, is worth a gander."
