"I wish this place had better customer service. I've been coming in once or twice a week since I moved here two years ago. I work in the mall so it's a convenient place for me to shop. I was in today (07-19-23) and wanted to purchase some things, the new girl looked up my account, however because I didn't have photo ID the manager refused to give me my purchase. I'm wearing a mall employee name tag and I typed in personal information, as a retail employee myself, some things can and should be overlooked to keep a returning customer. If I wanted to steal from anywhere it definitely wouldn't be Torrid. Not only did this location lose a sale, but they lost a customer as well."
