"Lived at Boulder Ridge for two years now, actually just moved into a bigger place within the same building. It was super painless. Love Wendy and Julie at the leasing office. If we have any issues Wendy always goes about and beyond to get it sorted. Maintenance always pops in super fast for repairs if there are issues. Pretty quiet building and we've never had any issues with our neighbors. I've encouraged plenty of friends and coworkers to move here if they're looking. It's also very pet-friendly which is a big plus."

That bing said the apartment must look like it did when you moved into it, I did that and got full dep back!"
