"Been a tenant here for over a month and I’m already seeking to move out. I had read a comment about the property manager susan barging in—let me tell you that happened recently… on 3/26, both my husband and i were in the unit and my child is currently potty training; she forced her way in and my husband had to stop her in her tracks, only for her to complain about the dog being out on the terrace then there is the whole "dog poop on the lawn" no one picks up and the penalty fee of $500"

"The manager lives next door to me ( Susie , older lady with glasses ) , I have a toddler and my toddler was crying , before crying she was in her room playing with her toys being a kid. There was some banging with getting her toys out of the closet , I get a knock on my door demanding I open up , I open she demands me to tell her what’s going on in my apt , making it seem as though I’m hurting my child. I tell her she’s fine , she begin to ask my child f she’s ok , she didn’t ask me if everything was ok , it was the demanding me to tell her. She came back again asking my child if she wants to pet her cats then started baby taking my child , my fiancé was trying to talk to her she kept shutting him down. This really bothers me and I didn’t ask for a nosey rude manager nor neighbor"

"I am putting one star due to experience. Starting off with the one who works there Jennifer. Jennifer never gives you the key to your mail box unless you ask her 5 times or more . There is almost no parking there all day . They take a very long time to give you a garage . Jennifer and the manager there enter your apartment complex without asking almost 2 times a week . They give no notice. They also take a very long time to fix any leaks or damages . Ignores request for repairs . They also have fees for everything you do . Jennifer fees you 50 $ for every time you forget your key . If you loose it she charges even more . Jennifer is also very rude they was she talks and more through text message . Also the other manager I forgot her name is very rude . The doors to enter the apartment building should be locked 24/7 with a code to enter and they are open all day"

"DO NOT RENT HERE , the apartment manager is harassing and will try to charge fees that are not in your lease agreement , corporate is no help either they referred me to talk to the apartment manager who is the one I was having a problem with , which makes no sense . I have no idea how this lady is employed with how she treats people I mean just refer to the other reviews. If you have maintenance issues good luck ! They won’t come and fix it for months in my case over a month before I called corporate and stated how ridiculous it was we couldn’t use our kitchen ...due to flooding from kitchen sink . The apartments are unwelcoming all together and it was the worse renting experience I’ve ever had . So glad to be gone !!!"

"I have a friend living there, that's a nice place to live and semi spacious inside with nice amenities. The thing that's not good about it, the driveway entrance getting into the facility is extremely steep, and a pain in the winter. There's a huge mud pit parking lot in front of it, which is where most individuals larger trucks park. So while there ia space for larger trucks, they sit in about 3-5 inches of mud. Management also changes rules sometimes (ads addendums to your contract). So just keep that in mind."
