"The apartments are nice and are of good quality, but the property itself isn’t very good. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. There is trash EVERYWHERE. Kids leave their toys anywhere they can outside. There are no dog restrictions even though they claim there is. There are unfriendly dogs here with and without muzzles and some atleast 100+ lbs. You can’t hardly reach the women in the front office either, ever. They allow some people in no parking areas and tow others."
"Thank you Elias!! He’s the best. He came even after he was supposed to be clocked out to replace the battery in our smoke detector on our super high ceilings that’s been obnoxiously beeping. He went above and beyond to get it taken care of. 10/10!!!"

Cali and the rest of the office staff are friendly and kind as well making the transition into our new home as easy as possible. I definitely recommend living here at Dakota Ridge. "It was refreshing to get a Nice tour From Cali at Dakota Ridge. She was very professional and answered all my questions. I didn’t realize how much Space these Apartments have in them and for such a great price. The Clubhouse, Gym and Hot Tub all were clean and it felt like a home. I for sure recommend this place."
