"Since moving to this area we discovered this Michael's was close. It is located in an outdoor mall called Riverpoint. There are other stores like Burlington and Target. We visited this store to find an adjustable scroll frame stand to use for needlework. Their website showed they were available at this store. We weren't familiar with the layout so we asked an associate, they didn't know what we were asking for. We found another associate in the quilting and needlecraft department. We interrupted her working and had a very bad attitude. She was irritated we asked for help. Our first impression was not good. As we looked in the store for other items, we found the prices extremely high. We made a purchase and the cashier said we would save more if we provided our email and phone number we would save more money. It felt like we needed to give them in order to receive a discount. We shouldn't have felt pressured to give them our information. The store is located on the first floor, there is plenty of parking and disabled parking. They do not have restrooms available."
