A vape that I bought from them stopped working after about two days, and I told the guy that I would pay for new one, but he wouldn’t let me, and insisted that I take the replacement for the faulty vape I had just bought days before. "I stopped here last week for the first time for a vape. The service was very friendly and the shop looked great. I had problems with the vape later on that day and was going to return it Monday when the shop opened again but I was worried because I lost my receipt. I called the store on Monday and talked with Matt who had helped me on Saturday and he said that I could bring back the vape and exchange it and it was not a problem that I didn’t have a receipt. I would highly recommend this shop."
