"If I could do 0 stars I would. I was sold a battery that didn't work after I was told I can't try it in store to ensure it worked. I went back in and asked if they'd be willing to just exchange it out, didn't even care about a refund or anything but they refused stating I should have tried it before I left after i was told I couldn't? Not really sure why they think that makes sense but definitely don't waste your money here. I'll be making thus post on every platform I have so people are aware to avoid this shop.i am making a report with the bbb about this business. It's pretty sad thus is how they treated me as this used to be the smoke shop i referred people to. Not any longer."
"it’s always such a good experience every time i go in there. the workers are always so friendly and helpful. they always have a large selection of anything you need and depending on what it is you can usually always test their products in the store. 10/10 my favorite smoke shop!"
"I came in and got a esco bar it was burnt so they let me try 3-4 other escobars that were burnt as well …I line started forming and I just settled for one which didn’t taste well either because I know how it is being alone in a store having to deal with a line of people & I didn’t want to fluster the cashier … I wanted to call to see about a refund or getting something worth my money but there’s no number listed for the shop so what can be done about this ?overall though Great customer service! The cashier was wonderful I just paid for something that wasn’t worth my money"
"i have come in here many times and i have seen Devin a quite a few time. let me tell you he has gone above and beyond to help every single time. not only do they have amazing prices but they havve employees that care about who's coming in and what they are walking out with. this has become one of my favorite shops to come to and im so happy i found it. thank you Devin for everything you have helped with!"
"Let me first start by saying our experiences in smoke shops hasn't been the most pleasant. Devon (I'm sorry if I mispelled your name!) helped my husband and I tonight. He was not only immensely informative and helped us figure out what we needed, he was also so kind. It's hard to find anyone willing to be helpful with a smile on their face the entire time, but he did! We very much enjoyed our experience in this shop and will absolutely be back!"
