"Took granddaughter here for war piercing. Very detailed employee who handles the 7 year olds very well. Can make appointments ahead of time. Lots of earrings for the kids to choose from. As with all Claire's it's crowded and small, but full of so much stuff!!"

"Went to the store on 11/17/2023 at 5:30pm. As I entered the store, there was only one clerk flirting with a teenage boy at the piercing stand. We went to check out and politely asked if there was anyone else who could help us. The employee seemed offended that I had asked and said it would be a an indeterminate amount of time, "could be a few seconds, could be a few minutes!". It had now been about 15minutes of this employee flirting with the teenage boy and I waited at the register for longer than I should have. I left with out purchasing, and took my disappointed daughter with me."

"If I could give this place no stars I would! Management is HORRIBLE! Loud, Rude & Liars. Everytime I come into this business there is only one staff member working with a line of people at the register and ear piercing station. Multiple complaints from many customers! Also if you ever consider working here! DONT! I know people who have worked here and have been treated like complete trash, lied to & hours reduced with absolutely no warning or reasons. Management calls off constantly and expects you to always cover her shifts & if not you will be in trouble. Overall bad management & no care for employees or customers. Save your time and go to another location."

"DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED AT THIS CLAIRE’s!!! The photos I’m posting speak for themselves. Claire’s should only hire people who know how to pierce. I got my second and thirds done and they aren’t symmetrical at all. I’m honestly embarrassed by them, debating taking them out so I can have someplace else do them in the future. But then that’s a waste of 75 bucks. But I guess it’s a waste anyway since the placement is absolutely abhorrent! Do better Claire’s!"

"Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. She got nervous and before we could talk her down the women discharged the earrings and we could not try again without buying a new pair of earrings, which are over priced to begin with. Employee was not friendly, not understanding. This place has always sucked. Go to a tattoo shop."
