"Came in the other day to get some labrets and asked for a size 20g. She pulled out a huge box and I picked the ones I wanted. Got home and I couldn't get one in without pain, so i left it out. They were 18g. I know because I was waiting for my 18gs to get here and needed 20g to size up from 22g, and the 18g were for the next stretch. I got some calipers and they were the exact same size. Not happy about spending 25$ on the wrong size when I asked for the specific one I needed and was assured they were 20g."

"Went yesterday 09Jan24 around 520pm and noticed it was closed with a sign saying they'll be back in 10minutes so I got food at the food court and they were still closed well into 6pm even though it says they're open until 9pm online and no one wver showed up"

"Went there yesterday because my daughter had gotten some body jewelry from there last week the young lady there was so close to me the whole time I could barely take a step While my daughters were not being watched I am a darker skin tone and my girls look white my daughter even came up to me and said she wasn’t like this with me last week the young lady was so unprofessional and no customer service…….since I cant reply to comment your right it is 2022 and still a person of color has to go through this as stated I was the only one she did this to and your comment proves you do not provide customer service but instead insult what a person of color went through in your store I experienced this in your store not anywhere else but shows you are the problem in society"
