"Claire’s is an awful place to get the ear piercings, never go there! Got a terrible ear infection and their "solution" made it even worse. Find some other place!"

"My 5 year old just got terrorized at this store. The assistant manager was very hostile and made me feel very uncomfortable that I had to run out of the store. She asked us if we wanted to pay cash or card and I said we don’t know yet because my daughter had $5 in cash that she wanted to spend there so if it’s more I will give her a card. She turned up her nose at me chuckled and said: “ no it’s definitely more” with a very condescending voice. Then she said it was $10. I said well then I will pay with a card. Then I smiled and said I only thought it would be around $5 because the grocery store has them for $2. She again said then go to the grocery store. I had to leave right away that tone of voice and demeanor is not something I would accept to subject my child to and therefore my time is better spent elsewhere. We ended up going to Nordstrom for a toy, much better service as usual and prices are same for better quality products."

"This is a typical Claire's, with lots of sparkly and pretty things to satisfy young girls' hearts. The store is a pretty good one, it's fairly organized and staff are responsive. I'd go back here again if I needed more of what they have to offer."

"This place is the worst. On the three occasions I’ve been there one time they were randomly closed with no explanation, the second time I had to wait 25 minutes in line to pay because three people had to get her ears pierced. And today I had to wait for 15 minutes while a girl got her ears pierced only to be told that I need to wait another 15 while the next girl got her ears pierced all I wanted to do was buy something. This store needs to learn to either multitask or staff better I will never go here again."

"I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced. The earring placement was off and they pierced her ears ONE at time. The original piercings had to be taken out and didn't last. After calling to chat about our disappointing experience, the kind person on the phone assured me that we could come back when my daughter was ready to have them re- pierced free off charge. But today when we were ready to go back I called to confirm and assistant manager told me "nope we can't do that, sorry that's not our policy my love". So instead we went to Jack and Jill in Glendale and had such an incredible experience it made me regret ever going to Claires"
