"Went in for what I thought were kidney stones. She vaguely listened to my systems, touched my lower abdomen through my jeans and said I have an ulcer. Gave me meds, and I asked how am I supposed to take them when water won't even stay down. She told me I will need to figure that out, and she was out the door. 2 days later I had emergency surgery to remove my very swollen, very infected gallbladder. Had She preformed a thoughal abdominal exam she would have felt the swollen gallbladder. Had she really listened to my symptoms, how long I had been experiencing the pain, and that I had not kept anything in my stomach for a week, she could have correctly diagnosed the situation and got me the correct care in a timely manner. Instead she left me in pain, unable to eat or drink, and an infection raging through my body. She spent a whole 7 minutes with me out of the hour and 45 minutes I was there. She did not exam me properly or fully listen to me. I was turned and burned and left with a health issue that quickly turned into an emergency situation. She could have caught this if she had actually paid attention to her patient and had performed a thoughal exam."
"She our family favorite. Very good listener. Works with you and not against you!"
"She is very caring, listen to your problems, help you find a solution, or refer you to others for your situation."
