"I came in because my engagement ring had loose diamonds and the size was 1.25 too big! The process for sizing my finger found the perfect size, so now I don’t have to worry about my ring falling off. What’s astonishing is you’d never know it was resized. For the loose diamonds, I appreciated the transparency for how they’d be adjusted because my ring has five stones in the center making the repair a little more complicated than a simple tightening. Now that the prongs have been rebuilt and the stones reset, I have faith my diamonds are going nowhere. The prongs were rebuilt to be more supportive for holding in two diamonds per prong, whereas before, the prongs were small and it was no wonder why the diamonds became loose. So I’m delighted they repaired my ring to where it’s better than when I got it. I’m so happy the size is right, the diamonds are tight, and you can’t tell the ring underwent all of that , it looks perfect! I’m so thankful they repaired the prongs and resized my ring in 3 days! I sure missed my precious treasure."
