"Shane Co. is amazing! We recently took a ring that my parents gave me when I was 13 to go get fixed because the diamond fell out. While we were there the lady helping us pointed out that the emerald in the ring was pitted and should probably get replaced. She offered to fix both at the same time, but said it would take a couple of months and that we wouldn’t get the ring back until beginning of May. Imagine my surprise when I got a call on Sunday saying that it is ready for me to come pick it up. The ring looks amazing - brand new even! Best part is that the repair was covered under warranty!
