"As a total precious metals noob and trying to help my mom liquidate some assets I went into the store cold. The people at the front were friendly, extremely well informed and answered all of my questions (except which should I buy gold or silver haha - mild joke). The biggest thing too is they immediately identified bars my mom bought as fake and were up front and kind about explaining how they knew. It wasn't accusatory or any way offensive like I tried to pull one over. I'm actually planning on bringing the rest of the fakes back so they can properly dispose. I will be coming back and I will be buying and selling exclusively with this shop. I'm not dealing with risky online retailers...and their mandated government reporting.."

"Came in for the 3rd time as a customer. Last week being the first time i would try and sell a coin that had a certified PCGS Grade Seal. Pervious times i visited it felt uncomfortable or just not friendly! Point showed my coin to sell and the two people who greeted me couldn't recognize nore had knowledge of the coin I came to sell! After asking a 3rd person a lady who took 15min in the back gave me a super low ball offer seemed untrustworthy! Last coin show they had no reputation or advertising being there!??? Why is that??"
