"The quality of their earrings do not match their prices, and the selection is very minimal. Would not recommend either Claire’s store in this mall. I had an earring lose a diamond 5 days of having them. I didn’t keep the receipt because I had no idea that was going to happen. I was told nothing could be done except for an exchange (even though I will not be purchasing their cheap quality again). I’d really just like a refund and am now facing the repercussions because I was never asked my email from a store employee so there is no proof of a receipt."

"We had an excellent experience with Lexi. My 7 yo daughter has wanted her ears pierced for sometime. The first time we tried (at a different business) the gal wanted to do it fast, because she thought that would alleviate my daughter's fear. Didn't work. My daughter panicked. Lexi on the other hand explained each step to my daughter with respect, giving her time to process and take a short pause between right and left ears. This worked well for us and we left with a very happy little girl. They are perfectly placed. Thank you!"

"We originally came to this mall with plans to get our daughters ears pierced downstairs at Piercing Pagoda but the guy working there was either new or just didn’t have any customer service skills, so we left and went to Claire’s! And I’m so glad we did. Not only did my daughter get seated right away, but Pam did such an amazing job explaining the entire process to our 6 year old (using terms that our daughter could understand). Pam was so friendly & has a great sense of humor. She made it a fun experience for all of us. One month has passed and my daughters piercings look great- they healed perfectly.
