"I purchased multiple items from this store while visiting family in Colorado. I specifically asked about a box for the 2 of the items because they were delicate and we were having to fly them back with us. They didn’t have a box for the image nightlight but she wrapped it well and apologized. But she said they had jewelry boxes for the earrings. Well when we got home and opened the bag with our multiple items the earrings were NOT in a box and had broken in transit. We called and spoke with the manager who was very kind and helpful. We sent them a picture of the broken earring as requested as well as receipt information. However he stated he could not mail us a replacement pair because the owner would not approve it. They would have to charge me for another set of $30 earrings and $16 in shipping. I found this customer service poor and will be sure to avoid that shop when I return."

"This spot is located in the Pearl Street Mall. It’s is a great store for out of towners or visitors & tourists. A shop to buy souvenirs or sentimental little things. This place supports local artists and some jewelry made by moms that work at home! I had to buy something from here. The jewelry and other items are so beautifully made! however, I think some of the things in here are highly priced!!! I bought some necklaces that I think my nieces would love and funny socks. My friend bought a beautiful necklace. I can spend hours just looking g at the jewelry in here. They also have some shirts, mugs, and home decor items. The staff were very helpful when we had questions and wore friendly smiles."
