"I took a diamond and gold ring and a ruby ring to be repaired, sized and cleaned. I took them in 3 weeks in advance. I let the man know I needed them by July 6th my daughters birthday. He said no problem. I went in today July 5th to pick them up. He stated he needed another week. I reminded him I stated I needed them by July 6th. He had never even touched them. I took them and left. I used this jewerly store because of the good review. What a mistake. Extremely disappointed. Never again. Sir, remember, you told me you needed another week. I was VERY clear I needed them by July 6th and you said "no problem."
