"Stopped in Aug 2023 while on a trip for the 5 yr anniversary of husband passing. I explained what I was wanting and not wanting (due to my job working in the ER). Customer Service was outstanding. Then a couple months later, the bracelet accidently came off (and lost) while I was on another trip elsewhere. My heart was crushed. Couple months later, I decided to call and see if I could get a replacement. We talked about my concerns and such. He was once again a great listener and gave advice. I decided to get the same bracelet because it was sentimental to me. The replacement bracelet was sent to me promptly. Even a surprise gift (candy) was enclosed. Once AGAIN, great customer service. Now, THIS is what a jewelry store should be. THANK YOU!!!"

"Such an amazing experience! So many beautiful pieces! I grew up in Telluride and although I have not lived there in quite sometime it will always be home. The necklace I chose is stunning, a silver mountain range on a delicate chain. Now I can keep a piece of home close to my heart! Jimmy was also amazing, I enjoyed the conversation and he took great care in making sure I was happy. Hopefully I will get back that way soon but until then, I LOVE my little piece of home!"
