"The process to get estimate was very quick and efficient. I think the price is competitive, albeit slightly higher than Geek Squad. The installers showed up on time. However, not everything is running perfectly well (largely due to the IR repeater which is not working well and the assumption that the TV could control the cable box). I will work out that bug on my own. The installation of the bracket was challenging and I am glad someone who knew what they were doing installed it, but overall the final product/service is ok."
