"Perfect place to stay if heading over to see a concert at 4 Bears. Friendly reception staff, very nice well kept rooms with air purifiers to keep things fresh."
"Hotel guests beware. If you leave early at this place you will not receive a refund for the days you do not stay. You have to tell them 72 hours before you leave early for they will not give you a refund otherwise and they decide if the reason is good enough to do so. We have stayed at this establishment numerous times over the past 5 years and have never had an issue when we have left early due to limiting out on fishing. We Love the rooms, the staff is great and helpful and they go above and beyond to help. However, I cannot believe they would require this just to keep the money. How disappointing and not good business practice for wanting people to stay at this place. Will look elsewhere next time and suggest to others to do so as well."
"We have stayed here several times during our travels...This morning was -27 and our work van did not start. Tara the front desk Angel jumped it with her own car!!! Always a great experience!!!"
"Walked up to door...very muddy n icy...windows super dirty...not to my surprise...so was the floor inside ..like really dirty...rug was half rolled up so u couldn't use it to wipe ur feet off...worker looked mad to be interrupted for a room...not a welcoming sight. Was afraid to see what rooms would be....they were orderly and beds made nicely...but bathroom floor very dirty...and had hair you could clearly see n dirt scattered!!! Wont return!"
"This place looks nice, but there are little black beetles in the room. Found them in my bed, on ceiling and several in bathroom. Cleaning was minimal. Some days my bathroom.wasn't cleaned at all. In the two Weeks I stayed, I dont believe my sheets were changed! My bed was made, but that was it. My room smelled fishy all the time too. Also, most disturbing, I came back from an 8 hour day of working and found my door to my room was open!!! Nothing was taken or missing. Potentially dangerous though as ANYONE could have been in my room! The free breakfast was so so. They seemed to run out of items quickly and no replenishing."
