"These guys were VERY helpful before they even came out to our house. We had a bit of a plumbing emergency when Colorado had its cold snap, and they were on the phone helping us with a temporaryfix. Then once the temporary fix was to the point where we needed the actual fix, and the weather was warmer, they came right out and did what they needed and at a really good price too. These guys are awesome and helpful in everyday. Highly recommend them."
"We had a pipe burst during the last freeze. Rick was able to come out within a few hours of calling him and get it so that we could turn back on the water. He then returned a week later and got our pipe fixed. He was very careful when cutting to try and minimize the amount of drywall we would need to fix. "The hot water heater pilot light will not stay lite! No hot water! I started calling around early morning looking for a plumber. I called Excellent Plumbing, Heating & Mechanical and spoke with Rick. After explaining my crisis, Rick explained it could be due to many reasons, Rick asked for additional water heater information and said he would call back. Rick called me back within in 5 minutes. We did some troubleshooting together and were able to find the issue. In my case, it was to reset the overheat switch. Problem solved. Thank you Rick! Your number is on my water heater. In my experience, other plumbing companies will not let you speak with plumber or their answer was, you need a new water heater!
