The tech was able to find the issue get the parts needed and even was able to save me some money (after check and verifying the parts were under warranty, as my house is a new build only a year and 1/2 old). "The techs from The Bee are terrific. During the cold snap in January my furnace kept cutting out. They came within 2 hours of my calling and did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the problem. They explained everything and were as nice and professional as they could be. Highly recommend and will call them from now on. Plus they didn’t upsell me or charge me for things that didn’t need to be replaced!!! I trust them."
